"We first met Chris (Doyle Construction) when we decided to renovate our kitchen. We wanted to remove a divider wall and extend our existing cabinets. The problem arose when we were unable to locate the same cabinet – and that is when we found Chris. Chris knew the cabinet manufacturer and the manufacturer was able to match our existing cabinets (which saved us a lot of money). We then hired Chris to do the kitchen renovation. Our first experience with Chris went so well that we called on him for several other projects. The most recent, and most extensive, was the removal of the living room second staircase. This project involved engineering, blueprints, plans, township permits, coordination of inspections, demolition, new sheet rocking, painting, new doors throughout the house and new moldings. Because of Chris' experience and knowledge our project was completed successfully and in a timely manner. Not only is Chris and his staff pleasant to work with but they are trustworthy to have in your home in your absence. We would highly recommend Doyle Construction to anyone looking for a quality renovation, as Chris is a highly skilled contractor who is able to handle any construction surprises.

"Doyle Construction renovated our building so we could add a Quiznos to our operations. This was a tricky retrofit as we had to add a 2 hour firewall and completely from scratch (minus the outside walls!). Doyle Construction did a fantastic job overcoming sub-par design plans (provided by an outside source) and creating a 1st-class eatery on schedule and within budget restraints. The crew has also been more than responsive in on-going support and modifications. They have an impressive breadth of knowledge across many different contracting sciences. "We first became acquainted with Chris Doyle and Doyle Construction when part of our roof peeled away in one of the usual hurricanes we get here in the Colorado Rockies. Chris came immediately after our call and in no time had the roof back on and better than the original. Since then, Doyle Construction has painted our house, finished our formerly dirt floor basement storage area into a nice exercise room and completely remodeled our Master Bathroom. That entailed converting a walk-in closet into a beautifully marble tiled tub and shower room and making the shower room into another vanity area – again marble tiled. Then, he added a walk-in closet that really put a smile on Mary’s face. This year, he is going to build a flagstone patio outside our walk-out basement door area, and he has helped us arrange for new carpeting, tile and laminate wood flooring. What will be the project next year? Only Mary knows for sure.
Chris and his crews are knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and true craftsmen. Lisa Doyle has always been very helpful and friendly while helping schedule meetings and work. Doyle Construction is the only company we will consider for any of our construction work – be it new construction or remodeling. We heartily recommend Doyle Construction."

"On January 10th 2004 we had a 4 inch fire sprinkler line burst and floor more than a third of our new wing of rooms. The worst room had 4 feet of standing water in it. Doyle Construction not only came to look at the damaged rooms the very next day but started work with a full crew on January 12th 2004. Every single room was stripped down to the studs and put back together in the dead of winter. The rooms had to be heated 24 hours a day and Chris came in the middle of the night to re-fuel the diesel heaters. He was able to do everything the job threw at him including a smaller re-flood when the drywall guys broke a head. There was nothing that had to be out sourced. One call to Doyle Construction and Chris took care of everything else. By the second week in April we had completed over 125,000 dollars of renovations and all of our rooms were back in use for the summertime rush.
In the past 16 years I have lived in Idaho Springs and of the past 8 years I have been the General Manager of the Heritage Inn, I have worked with several local and ‘not-so-local’ companies. I have not found anyone who has done such quality, timely, friendly, and superior work as Doyle Construction.
